not really sure, but I would start with the provider which looks like your ISP, I would find out if they use any particular method for spam filtering and maybe it is set to delete immediately instead of putting it in a "spam" or Junk" folder for you to check later... or if it goes to a specific folder you would need to find out where that is.

I did that,Dai, when I had problems getting your confirmation. I checked all the junk/spam filter settings. I should get anything that's legit.

Just get a Gmail account for those times when you need it. I had issues with Ebay with email so I got a Gmail account and everything is fine.

You should be able to change your email on the forum without going through the whole verification process again once you have registered with the other one.

I would be a little concerned as to where the other emails are going though, and if your ISP's spam filter is blocking them before you even get a chance to see them then I would be asking why? I know the emails were sent from this forum when you signed up and would guess MX would be quite confident that their mails were sent too, so where did they go?

I checked with my ISP Comcast when it happened to see if they had any record of it but they didnt, so assumed the email never reached that point.
Ebay confirmed the email was not successfully sent on their end, return to sender so to speak. Thats when I got the Gmail account.

He can check with the MX forums to see if they can help.

I never received any notifications that the mail could not be delivered so I would guess that it was received somewhere, but where? that's altogether another question.

It happens that way sometimes but its always worth asking. MX forums is the place to ask if they received any kind of notification the email wouldnt go thru.

I had it sent to my yahoo account ; it came straight thru. My business account email sux. Never had a problem with yahoo. All good now....

My boss uses Yahoo ands she has problems at times with emails coming thru so she got a Gmail account instead.
