Re: ZOOM..?
Go to MX package installer, then slide down to messaging, and youll see Zoom as the last app in that group. Click on the box and click install and youre good to go. Id make sure your system is updated before doing this and Im giving you this advice from an install of MX 21.3 so I have no idea whether youre install offers it if its an older version of MX.
If that wont work you can go here, https://zoom.us/download?os=linux Use the Debian version and once downloaded go to your downloads file and click on it and software center should come up and offer to install, just click on install in the upper right corner.
There are plenty of help guides online on Zoom use including Zoom's website.

Re: ZOOM..?
If you're using a separate web cam it would be worth you using the Zoom test site to make sure that it is working OK - I use a rather old web cam/microphone and it 'chipmunks' your voice unless you set the sample rate down to 16000 in a local config file. In the end I just used a 3.5mm jack mini microphone which was much simpler.
Make sure you know how to control the volumes and you audio control tools.
