Here is a Risc V mini itx board that looks pretty interesting and is a decent price as well. The base model starts at less than the Pi 5, and all tricked out it is still ~$120.

Octo core and up to 16GB RAM, that's exactly the kind of Risc-V system I want. Now, if only I had another desk to hook it up to to play with it...
