Re: Firefox 61 released
All the RPM distros that use 61 dont seem to have the issue in my testing so far. Mint doesnt either but I havent checked Neon or Kubuntu, but Ubuntu Mate doesnt suffer from it either.
Re: Firefox 61 released
I've worked around it by installing Grammarly plugin. Not going to register it to get the benefits, I just need autocorrect, and once the Debian builds correct that, I'll dump Grammarly again.

Re: Firefox 61 released
I can imagine you need it for work but I just stick to Mint 19 as it works fine.

Mageia still hasnt gone to 60ESR yet. They updated to 59ESR and thats it.
Re: Firefox 61 released
Yeah, I haven't seen most go to ESR-60. Only reason Debian has it is in the Experimental repo, which I've temporarily pinned it to. Although 52-ESR ends support nexxt month so the rumor is Debian stable will upgrade to 60-ESR at that point.

Re: Firefox 61 released
MX17 runs Firefox 61.01 as I noticed it when I install on my D430.
Re: Firefox 61 released
Firefox updated on Debian. Not to 61.0.1, but to 61.0-2 (build 2 of v61), and it fixed the auto-correct issue. So at this point looks like this issue is probably fixed in all OS's (I don't actually know about Gentoo, but I'll assume it's fixed there. I don't use Gentoo anymore, simply takes too much too keep it updated for me to enjoy using it).

Re: Firefox 61 released
Most of my distros are still using Firefox 61 not the updates but those same distros didnt have any issues to start.
Re: Firefox 61 released
Everything *buntu-based is now on 61.0.1, as well as Arch. Fedora last I had checked was still on 61.0, as well as Debian obviously.
