Cinnamon has some issues that are still being cleaned up but not as stable as I would like in long term use.

I find myself slipping back to KDE as i use it more and more versus XFCE my former favorite. Neptune 5 with KDE 5.12 Im really liking even though I raved about MX17 with XFCE. Neptune offers a very classic feel with new features using KDE(Excalibur menu) with good resource usage.

MX17 by far has the best XFCE implementation ive used so far. Nice to be back with KDE again as it was the first DE I originally used with Linux.

Waiting to see what Ubuntu mate 18.04 will look like with the new Brisk menu.

XFCE and Trinity,...but the more I use MX 17...the more I like XFCE. At some point, I'll replace Q4OS with MX17. It performs nicely,it's easy to use,and fulfills all my needs.

KDE is a fickle beast at times so having XFCE as a backup is a good thing.

Thought I was on the KDE bandwagon but Mint 19 Cinnamon came out and im back on Cinnamon and really enjoying it. Great DE for Windows crossover users. Its very stable and many improvements have been made as well.
