Corporate systems are pretty much always a train wreck, especially if it involves the government in any way, the Post Office here (UK) is currently undergoing a major inquiry which has so far seen wrongful criminal convictions overturned and considerable compensation has been paid to some with others still waiting! I could go on and on about this miscarriage of justice but probably better to give you a link to better information if anyone wants to read/watch

Thanks again, to be totally honest I'm not really sure what it is going to be at the moment, I'm going to take a little time to think about it but as there is so much content available on the net these days I think I would just be repeating what others have already done, which doesn't appeal to me at all. :?
