How to turn off KDE Wallet

I am just curious as to why one would turn off the KDE Wallet. I use it when I am using KDE, as I use Seahorse when I am working on Gnome. I find the keychain managers make it nice to move passwords and other "secret" information from system to system.

People have other preferences for their passwords and Wallet has had some issues in the past that required turning it off.

I have always just used the KDE Wallet when using the Plasma desktop. This covers that, but also covers using other secret keeping applications like Keypass.
