Havent noticed much with 59 and speed may be a bit better than 58. Have had a few issues with certain sites though but not often.

59 seems REALLY slow to start for me. Runs great once it's up, but seems to take significantly longer than 58 to launch. This is across OS's as well.

Its fast to start up for me with most of my distros like MX17 but its slow with Netrunner and Zorin OS

Slow for me on Debian, Fedora and Arch. But still runs great for me, so the slow startup is a minor issue IMO.

Same here as that sort of thing doesnt really bother me. Netrunner has a slower bootup than Ive seen in awhile but once Im in its great.

FF 59.0.2 is already out and fixes quite a few problems including the high cpu/memory usage bug that some third party apps are causing.

CAn't say I personally saw any change with 59.0.2 yet.

I never had the high cpu/memory usage issue.

Yeah, me neither (which is probably why I haven't seen any difference).
