So, I'm guessing most people have at least SEEN the new gui on Chrome/Chromium for version 69. This has been really big at my office, with a lot of users very unhappy with the new look. So far, what's everyone's opinion, if you have one?
Myself, I really don't see it as that bad. It's not quite as pleasant looking as the last one, but it's not horrible by any means. I threw a theme on it and it looks fine to me.

I always keep a second browser just in case Firefox has some issues. I had a few sites that were having issues Firefox but not with Chromium.
With FF 62 out I need to test it as the issues may have been solved.

Re: Chrome/Chromium 69 new gui??
Before quantum, I had Chrome/Chromium as my browsers as I considered Firefox to completely unusably slow.
Since Quantum's release, I now use Firefox & Chromium. Although the lastd couple days I've had Firefox, Waterfox & Chromium. My problem with most of the "slim" browsers is the integrated adblock. I don't want adblock. I want umatrix or uscript (prefer umatrix). I don't like how limited adblock is.

I refer to Firefox now as BQ and AQ as the there is a huge performance difference after Quantum.

That is very true.crosscourt wrote: ↑Sat Sep 08, 2018 3:50 am I refer to Firefox now as BQ and AQ as the there is a huge performance difference after Quantum.
Waterfox is interesting. It's based on the BQ Firefox 56 (or at least that's what it identifies as), but integrates the Quantum improvements. But still allows the old-style plugins. If it had the option of geting rid of the titlebar like Firefox does, I'd probably switch over to it as my primary browser.
