On MX-17 I use FF 63, Pale Moon, and Slim jet...but mostly FireFox. It just works superbly.

Firefox has issues occasionally with some sites, so i always like to have a backup. I also sometimes need a lighter browser for older machines.

I basically don't allow Windows to go online, so not having a backup isn't a problem. It's onliy there to download updates to steam, mods that I use with steam, updates to other games I play, etc. Literally don't actually go online with Windows...I simply don't trust it enough to allow it online.

I go online with Windows having both a hardware based firewall and a software based Firewall installed on Win7 on a limited basis. I use Linux for all my online transactions and dealings as I also dont trust Windows
