I tried this out, and this application doesn't work on Fedora 29.

I havent tried it but one my friends did on Ubuntu and it worked great.

I'm also going to try it on Debian, but I happened to be on Fedora at the time, so that's what I tried it on first.

They use Reddit as their support forum.

So, forgot to test it on Debian, but it worked on Neon. Did have to manually create a link /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libudev.so.0 to the same directory libudev.so.1 for it to work.

However, I'm unable to find any movies on it...so not sure if it's worth trying. I searched for about 5 movies of varying ages, some that came out earlier this year, some as much as 10 years ago. Wasn't able to find any of them.

So,from what TL said,..is it worth the effort to install it...? I can't imagine a Netflix offshoot would set something up without a subscription..?

Ill have to ask my friend as i havent tried it but he seems to have had some success with it.

IMO, it's definitely not worth it. I removed it from my systems. Between Amazon videos, Netflix, and youtube I can find most of what I want to see, so that's good enough for me. While I might find SOME things on PopcornTime, there definitely wasn't enough to make it worth having for me.

My thoughts also,TL.... I totally agree. I don't want to clutter up my computer with useless programs. I did that with Q4OS,and I'm not making that mistake this time around with MX-17.

Checked with my friend and hes pretty satisfied but yes there are other sources already.
